Birthdays

1. Do you really make wishes when you blow out the candles on your cake?
I make wishes on all kinds of things. I even have an alarm on my phone for 11:11 so I get at least one wish a day in.
2. Have any of the wishes ever come true, if yes?
A few
3. How do you feel about birthdays? (e.g. love the attention, just another day, don't want anyone to know my real age, etc.)
Birthdays are great. I try and celebrate for the whole week. My favorite holiday by far.
4. Tell us a favorite gift you've received, or something you'd really like for your next birthday.
Favorite birthday gift is the amazon Kindle I got a few years back. Next birthday I would really like to go skydiving.
5. What flavor cake?
My cake days are over. Stick a candle in a cheese ball or a sushi roll instead.

Friday 5

1. What were your three favorite songs ten years ago?
Prince - Gett Off
Nine Inch Nails - Perfect Drug
Chuck Berry - Maybelline
2. What songs or groups from ten years ago did you love then, but don't like anymore?
There is not any songs or groups from ten years back that I loved that I don't love today as well. Granted there are things I listen to today that were not even on my radar 10 yrs back. Kings Of Leon, the Black Keys, Muse. 10 years ago I was a bit fearful of the state of music. Nothing had really wowed me in some time. I found myself listening more to older stuff and didn't see anything on the creative horizon that looked promising.
3. What songs from ten years ago did you love then, still love now, but haven't heard in a long time?
X-ecutioners (feat. Linkin Park) - It's Goin' Down
K's Choice - Not An Addict
Everclear - Santa Monica
4. What songs or groups from ten years ago did you not like then, but do like now?
Kings of Leon
the Black Keys (okay that is 2001 but still, I didn't know about them until this year)
Muse
5. How has your taste in music changed in the last ten years?
Not that much difference really. I enjoy pop, rock, hip hop, blues, and mostly avoid country but make exceptions. Kings of Leon's last album is country and The Eagles have always been a country band. Dwight Yoakam is labeled country but is not. Dwight is Honkey Tonk. Big Difference? It is actually. I am not concerned about what is cool versus what I enjoy. I am of the opinion that if I enjoy it that makes it cool by default. Yep, I am that full of myself. Dare you to prove me wrong.

house of mouse

1. Have you ever dressed up as a Disney character?

No. I imagine it is bound to happen someday. Just has not come to pass as of today.

2. What was your favorite Disney movie growing up?

Chip and Dale.

3. Which Disney character can you relate to the most?

Stitch

4. Have you ever been to a Disney theme park?

Disneyland twice and Disney world/Epcot once.

5. When does someone become "too old" for Disney?

That just doesn't happen. Quit talking crazy.

tech

Technology

1. Do people contact you on your cell or house phone more?
Cell most people don't even know I have a house phone. Which is fine with me.
2. Do you call or e-mail your friends/family more?
e-mail/faceypages/tweetybooks
3. Does your cat/dog/bird/baby/stuffed animal have a livejournal/e-mail/myspace account?
No. I think it is funny but not so much that I want to do such myself.
4. What do you think will replace the internet?
I have no idea. If I did I would make much money of said knowledge.
5. How do you feel about VHS's not being made anymore?
I didn't even know that. Oh well, NEXT!

Funny thing happened...

Where do I start? About three years ago my Dad died after seven years of defiance of logic and medical know how. I decided after speaking with siblings and family that I should go see a shrink. It was both horrible and great. You see, I only went once, and don't really mind if I never go back again. We talked for about an hour but I will give you the only parts I remember and took with me. She told me that she was not sure if she wanted to take me on as a client because she didn't think that I would make it another 5 years before I ate myself into the grave. She also said that she thought I had been hiding behind my weight and a dinner plate from the world at large because of my daddy issues. At the time I was shocked and dismayed. I kinda walked around of balance for a bit and then told both my wife and a sister what all she had told me. They were outraged. Now, I look back and see that she was right on the mark. So, 165 lbs lost, personal outlook altered, discipline in progress, and belief system altered, I am ready for the world. Aren't I? I have been sitting back and waiting for life to happen. It is time to take things head on. I am not gonna lie to you. It has been great fun sitting on the bench. I am ready to get more out of life.

Cards.

1. What's your favorite playing card game? Why?
Nerts aka: Pounce, Racing Demon, Peanuts or Squeal. It's a competitive patience game for two or more players, each using a deck of cards for each player (or team). The players race to get rid of the cards from their "Nerts piles" by building them from the ace up onto common foundations. It is extreme combative but if you know solitaire then you can adapt to this game. My family plays any chance we can. There are broken nails, jammed fingers, and cat calls abound.
2. Poker: five card draw, seven card stud, or Texas Hold 'Em?
Texas Hold 'em. The element of unknown is the best. The other two are psych out matches. Boring.
3. Where gambling is involved what is the highest amount of money you'd bet on a hand of cards?
I have never bet on cards. I have even been to Las Vegas twice and still have not. No all card playing is for reputation and brag rights. Dad used to tell us that Crocodiles eat their young and your mother plays cards with hers. Same difference.
4. Have you ever had your tarot read with playing cards? If not would you want to? If so was it accurate, interesting, or just plain lame?
I didn't even know that was done.
5. What is on the back of your playing cards (the swirly red/blue design or is it a specialty deck with photographs)?
As of late I have been playing with a deck from Hard Rock Hotel from Las Vegas.

Pick your poison

#1 What is your favorite drink of all time? Does it hold a special memory to you or is it just because it tastes good?
The old me would say Dr Pepper. V2.0 says Diet A&W root beer. Dr Pepper was just awesome. Why? It is unique, southern, and unmistakable. I now choose Diet A&W for the same reasons plus zero carbs.
#2 Tea or coffee or hot cocoa?
hot cocoa hands down.
#3 Best summer time drink?
sugar free tropical punch kool aide
#4 Worst soda brand ever?
any of the many failed attempts of Coca-Cola to create something that will be on par with Mt Dew. I think that the current thing is Vault. Stop coke just stop. Oh, you know what scratch that Mr Pibb. Hands down the worst not because it taste awful but because it is not Dr Pepper and clearly wants to be.
#5 Water: flavored, bottled, carbonated, or regular old tap?
Never carbonated aside from that however I can have it.

somewhere, OOOOOover the wormhole...

1) You are on your way to work, when suddenly a wormhole to the far side of the galaxy opens in the middle of the road. You are thus the first to meet the alien being that emerges. Despite your protestations, you are now Earth’s unofficial First Contact ambassador. What will you say to the visitor?
My knee jerk reaction is "Go Back!" followed by "Howdy!" and closely then by "This will all end in tears." My first duty is to the populace of earth. Are these wormhole travelers friendly? Have they come to burn a path of cleansing to make way for future McSpacey's and Asrtobuck's plasma coffee pods? Are they giving out blankets with a virus that will wipe out my people. (Go check a history book about smallpox...I'll wait here) See what I did there? Next, if they are in fact friendly then I now have a duty to them. I need to protect them if I can from all and any of the less than honorable organizations, cultures, and persons on earth. So, really it is more than likely that one way or another my life as I know it ended with the opening of said wormhole. You cannot unring a bell. You may not divide by zero. Anonymous is not your army.

2) A wandering trading caravan emerges from the wormhole. They plan to stay on Earth for a few weeks, and then will move on to the next planet and the next. Whatever you said must have really impressed them, because they offer to let you and a few other humans come along with them. The only catch is that the caravan probably won’t be back to Earth. Would you go? Why or why not?
If MJ can and wants to come with me then I am game. No MJ? No Eagle. End of story. I said good day sir.

3) Suppose you decided to go. The master of the caravan will allow you to bring along whatever trinkets and baubles you think will sell on alien worlds, and will also allow you to bring exactly five other items that you may always keep. Clearly, he does not mean practical items like shoes or a toothbrush. What would you bring?
1. a mala
2. a comfortable and sturdy hat
3. sturdy sunglasses
4. wallet sized collection of pictures of my family
5. a bouncy ball of some kind

4) Suppose you decided to stay home after all. The caravan master offers you a parting gift. You may choose among super-brain pills, a flying car, a robot butler, or an invisibility belt. Which would you choose and why?
Robot Butler! I have been fairly forthright that I would love to have my own personal terminator. Although as of late I wonder if a house elf would be less likely to turn on me. Still Robot Butler! make them look like either like Rosie from the Jetsons, Sonny from I, Robot, or David Bowie circa Spiders From Mars.

5) Suppose you ended up taking the super-brain pills. You now have a head the size, shape, and color of a watermelon. But you also now have the most fantastic mind the world has ever seen. What would be the first task you set it to?
Peaceful resolutions to all international conflicts. That is right. No more war. Followed closely with worldwide free energy. If I am so smart there is no reason that I could not work on both at the same time. Especially since my current brain sees pretty direct ties between the two as it is.

wait...wut?

1. If you had to have a Siamese Twin, who would you want it to be and why?
I think that it is clear that said person would be my twin. Duh.
2. Would you rather be connected at the top of the head, or at the waist and why?
If you are gonna let me pick where we are connected then I opt for the pinky toe.
3. Make up a definition to the made up word "kituxilicious". Use it in a sentence.
kituxilicious is an uncomfortable condition. a stitch in your side from overeating. This condition is usually in combination with meat sweats. Bobby was sidelined with kituxilicious and meat sweats after attempting the KFC Double Down.
4. Do you think there is something ultimately good about everyone? Everyone has dark and light sides. Though it is true that some hide their light from the world.
5. Would you relive your high school days? Why/why not?
No thank you. If I did it all over again I don't trust myself to make the same mistakes and/or decisions. Then, I may have never met MJ.

So long Goldie's: From made of win to made of meh.

Friends, Trolls, and People Cooler than Me,

Today, I come to you with a heavy heart. What I am about to share has been bothering me for a while now. I wish to air out my feelings about Goldie's Patio Grill. The first Goldie's Patio Grill was opened in 1962 by Goldie and Melvin Crow. It is still operated by the Crow family today. Goldie's burgers, chicken and steaks are specially seasoned and cooked to order, creating an exceptional taste experience. Our goal is to provide guests with great tasting food and friendly prompt service at a reasonable price. This is what the web site states. Now, I know not if it be true; but I have heard that this first opened spot was on the 9th hole of Tulsa's Southern Hills Country Club. I used to love Goldie's. I have even lusted for the old t-shirts that asked: "Is is the meat or the pickles?" At one time I went to the Owasso location so often that the wait staff knew my order by heart. When I worked at a call center in Tulsa's northeast corner I would take the bad marks and rear chewing for being late from going to the 21st & Garnette location. Now that is look back that may have been the beginning of the end of our affair. The service at that location was more or less a gamble. You may get a good server and in and out in time for an hour lunch but sadly more often than not you would be late. I even resorted to changing around my order so I picked items that took less time to cook. As of late I have been going to the location just west of Sheridan on 61st street. The service is just painful at any of the locations currently open. That being said I have all but stopped going to any of them at all. The last good Goldie's encounter I had was over three years ago. It started with sub par service and grew to infect the food going out the pass. Goldie's used to be my favorite spot for a burger and Dr Pepper. I guess unless I hear that things have changed for the better I will just be left with memories. As for now I get my special with bacon and cheese elsewhere.

6 to 7
3. Do you usually remember your dreams?
I usually do not.
4. How many pillows do you sleep with?
2 but they are really flat.
5. What is the wildest dream you've ever had?
Kanye West taught me math. I remembered and it really has helped.

A Day At the Beach

A Day At the Beach

1. Is your favorite beach at the lake or ocean?
Ocean. Going to the beach at the lake is akin to laying in dirt but by a large puddle.
2. Do you wear a life jacket when you go swimming?
No. I am that hardcore.
3. Do you enjoy water sports, such as skiing and boating?
You sicko...oh, that, not so much.
4. Do you ever think about the animals that live in the water when you are swimming?
Yes, especially how many teeth they have and if they have eaten lately.
5. Do you like to just lay in the sun or do you want to play in the water as well?
I mostly want to be in the water. Just laying in the sun gets old real quick like. Why just bake when you could float?

just super

1) If you could turn invisible, what would you do with this ability?
Find a way to make money off it.
2) If you could fly, how would you do it? Wings? Rocket pack? Purely under your own power, like Superman?
Like Superman. Wings are just not good for normal day to day life. A rocket pack can be stolen or taken against your will. Yes, I have thought about this.
3) If you could tranform into other people, look however you wanted, how would you choose to look, or who would you turn into?
This kinda goes hand and hand with question #1. Most of the things I can think of do to with this power are sneaky and would be used in a distasteful manner. In such cases I would expect to be well compensated.
4) If you could turn into an animal, which animal would it be?
I think domesticated cats have a fairly easy go of things. Eat, sleep, belly rub, chase shadows, remix, repeat.
5) If you had superpowers, would you use them to become a vigilante superhero, fighting crime?
Really I have been thinking about this quite a bit as of late. I keep watching the footage of the oil spill and thinking. “Superman could stop that easy”. No, really, this has been on my thoughts. Have the Hulk tie the pipe in a knot or shove a stopper in the opening. Flash running in a circle around the rig would cause a cyclone effect and he is ideal for clean up. As much crap as Aquaman gets, can you honestly tell me who would be better suited for this job? I guess what I am saying is that if you had superpowers why stop at crime or vigilante when you could do so much more to make the world a better place.

Grillin' Out

1. What side dish do you like the most: potato salad, macaroni salad, baked beans, etc.
MJ makes awesome baked beans. Diced onions, diced bell peppers, garlic, and she drains the juice or sauce from the beans and replaces it with our preferred BBQ sauce. Usually Head Country or Sweet Baby Ray's. Potato salad is only finding its way to my plate if it is mashed I am not a fan of the diced variant. Also, the leftovers of such is the best as I mix in bacon bits and reheat it. I really have no time or plate space for macaroni salad at all.
2. Do you prefer food grilled on a charcoal or gas grill?
Wood burning grill is my top choice. However, I do realize that it is much easier and a more even heat on gas grills. Dad always used wood burning but MJ always swore she could taste 87 octane in every bite. So, that is not a direction that is encouraged.
3. Do you want just one meat item, or a mixture: such as chicken, steaks, hot dogs, hamburgers, etc.
If I am calling the shots it is 93% lean ground beef burgers and thick sliced bologna. I also love making (but do not partake myself) in wrapping up ears of corn in foil with some salt sprinkled in and a tab of butter already in there. Oh yeah!
4. Do you want to eat outside or inside?
Outside if we can. In Oklahoma the wind is always blowing and temps are above 85 from June 1st into September. So, first ask; will I melt? If the answer is maybe or no then, one must have a battle plan. Where to keep the napkins to keep from loosing them. How sturdy is your drink? Keep a good grip on your plate. Where is the dog? It is a learned practice.
5. Does it bother you to have citronella candles burning if you are eating or cooking outside?
A little citronella is much better than a raptor sized bug sucking your blood. No kidding, I have seen bugs so big at my Mom's place that you can clearly see camouflage coloring on their bodies. Citronella is the lesser of two evils if you will. Take the good with the bad.

5q

1. If time-travel was possible, what band/singer from the PAST would you like to see in concert?
Elvis 1956
Jimi Hedrix in London
The Doors in San Fransisco
that LA show in 1991 with Red Hot Chili Peppers, Pearl Jam, and Nirvana all on the same bill
Muddy Waters
Robert Johnson
Led Zepplin
The first Lollapalooza tour
Jerry Lee "the Killer" Lewis 1957
Chuck Berry 1959
Tina Turner before she got loose from Ike
The Nine Inch Nails show last year when they played 'The Downward Spiral' song by song in album order.
2. Put your mp3 player on shuffle, what are the first three songs that play?
Red Hot Chili Peppers - My friends
Rick Ross Feat. Jay-Z - Hustlin' (Remix)
Nelly Furtado - Maneater
3. What singers would you like to see do a duet? (alive or dead)
Alanis Morrisette and Janis Joplin (both have unconventional singing styles and just belt it out, you FEEL it)
Madonna and Lady GaGa (really it is just a matter of time, right?)
Ani DeFranco and Pasty Cline (strange pick maybe but I would buy it)
4. Your favorite group that has the worst band name?
Pearl Jam (what guys? was spunk already taken?)
5. What are some fashion trends from the past you wish would come back in style?
See this is not gender specific. Gals' fashion changes with the season and the comeback varies to the point that you never know what will be mixed in later years/seasons. With guys' fashion it is much more flexible. Today things are so eclectic that one can be forgiven for something 'tastefully dated' if it is excused with 'their personal style' or 'signature' and in some cases if you go whole hog and head to toe you can pull off 'retro'.

Feelings.
1. How does true love feel to you?
Unconditional acceptance
2. What makes you feel warm inside?
Wine
3. Have you ever been in true love?
Yes
4. What's your deepest wish?
To give her everything she wants and provide anything she needs
5. What's the one thing making your inside cringe with longing?
Questions have now crossed the 'OMG so emo' line.

Random!

Random!
1. What is your favorite book and why?
The Partly Cloudy Patriot by Sarah Vowell is my answer today. I am a history nerd but really love thinking about how events of the past resonate today. Sarah is a master of the cause and effect of history and funny to boot.
2. How many languages do you speak?
Southern American English and gibberish.
3. How many family members do you have named Bill?, Jim? ETC?
No Bills or Jims that I know of. Plenty of Andy and Tommy kids though.
4. What's your all time favorite song?
Chuck Berry's Johnny B. Goode released onto the world Dec 27, 1957. That is my answer now. Great music is viral in nature. I am currently infected by Chuck Berry's fat fingered sound.
5. What can't you imagine your life without?
Music, MJ, aside from that I think I could adapt.

intake

Cooking/Food, again.
1. Tea or Coffee or juice in the morning, and why?
Protein shake of some kind, usually chocolate, and I like a Lo-Carb Monster but it is not a must like the protein shake is.
2. What's your typical breakfast on workdays, and what on weekends?
I do a lot of yogurt for breakfast but usually opt for leftovers if there are any to be had.
3. What do you drink through the day?
I get three protein drinks in a day, 4 to 5 hours between each one. I like to have that morning Blue Monster if I can. Aside from that? Vitamin water zero (the orange or lemonade flavors) and water.
4. Best snack?
Nuts - peanuts or almonds usually be mixed is fine too.
Cheese - Cheddar is better than most. I get tired of Jack because I get so much when I am at work.
5. Your favorite dinner when you cook for yourself alone?
Just a simple sandwich. Be it grill cheese, PB & J, tuna salad, or egg salad.

Brock-a-saurus Rex

1.What was your favorite cartoon as a child?
Underdog, GI Joe, Transformers
2. Do you read comic books? Why or why not?
I used to. They get really expensive. I actually once changed jobs to be able to afford my monthly Batman habit.
3. Have you read a book and thought it should be turned into a movie? If so, which book?
Pretty much any of Christopher Moore's stuff
4. Do you watch cartoons now if you are a teenager/adult?
I do. I never have stopped. My favorite of all time is Batman The Animated Series. I love FLCL, Samurai Champloo, and I am currently waiting for new The Venture Bros.
5. What is your favorite quote from a television show?
The Venture Bros. is like a quote machine.
Hank: I've thought a lot about it and if we can't get the antidote in time and it comes down to it... I... well, I want you to be the one to kill me.
Brock: Don't talk like that Hank. We're going to find...
Hank: Promise me Brock!
Brock: Ok
Hank: Promise me.
Brock: Ok, I promise.
Hank: Super swear?
Brock: Yes Hank.
(pause)
Hank: Hey Brock, how would you do it.
Brock: You're asleep, quick jerk on the neck, you'll never feel a thing.
Hank: You've thought about this.
Brock: Yes, I have

Wait...Wut?

Whenever I am running a cash till and it is clear that the person I am helping is not paying attention to me, or the transaction, at all I call nickels 'big dimes'. Well, it all comes back around folks. I was just at Quiktrip and the guy behind the counter finished the transaction by saying "Have a rest of your day". I thought... Wut? Not "Have a nice/good day" not "Enjoy the rest of your day" but "Have a rest of your day". May as well bid someone adieu with "Keep breathing now ya hear". I simply shrugged it off. Maybe I heard wrong, maybe the guy mixed two farewells together and didn't even know it. Then I check the palm of my hand where he put my change. 10 cents short. I let this guy slide on his little game and it cost me 2 "big dimes".

4. What reality TV shows best matches your real life?
No such shows exist and even if it did it would not last long for no one would watch.
5. If your life was a reality TV show, what would it be called?
Conquering Sisyphus

Live and in person

I have been thinking about live shows as of late. You see, MJ and I will be seeing 30 seconds to Mars twice inside of 30 days soon. MJ LOVES 30 seconds to Mars so really this is a no brainer for us. They played the Cain’s about 4 years ago just after ‘A Beautiful Lie’ came out. Alas, we had not yet discovered them and we would not have been able to afford to go anyway. Those were lean years. Although, it got me to thinking about other bands I have seen live more than once. Shiny Toy Guns are opening for them in LA so that makes twice we have seen them live. As for the shinys it would have been the third time if I had my way in July of ’08. I have yet to see any live act 3 times but was really surprised by how many acts I have seen twice.
1. Nine Inch Nails – One of my top five favorites I would obsessively follow a live Trent Reznor show around the globe given enough time and money. He and Prince are the only two artists I have actively sought out live bootleg recordings of.
2. Foo Fighters – both times at the Cain’s once for each of the first two albums. It blows my mind that they are now selling out Wembley Stadium with Jimmy Page hopping onstage when I saw ‘em sweating it out in Tulsa’s home of Bob Willis.
3. Cheap Trick – both times as opening gigs, once opening for STP and another for Def Leppard and Poison
4. Poison – Headlining at Driller’s stadium in the era of Unskinny Bop and then opening for Def Leppard at the BOK
5. Stone Temple Pilots – opening for the Butthole Surfers at Mohawk Park and then headlining at the Pavilion, both in Tulsa
6. All American Rejects – Dfest and in ’09 at the Brady
7. Paramore – Dfest and opening for No Doubt
8. No Doubt – Opening for Bush and in ’09 headlining in Dallas
9. Limp Biscuit – Edgefest and Family Values
10. Garbage – Once opening for Smashing Pumpkins and once at the Cain’s
11. Gravity Kills? Not sure about this one. I know I saw them with Poe at the Brady but I am not sure if I saw them at one of the Edgefest shows as well.

book-ish

1) What's your favorite magazine?
Rolling Stone ties with Martha Stewart Living…yes, I am serious.
2) What book are you currently reading?
I am currently working on Wake Up by Jack Kerouac, Sit Down and Shut Up by Brad Warner, Shakespeare’s King Lear, and the First Southern Vampire Mysteries book. You know, those Sookie Stackhouse books they base True Blood on.
3) What's the worst book you ever read?
Drop City by T. C. Boyle – There is not one redeeming character throughout the whole thing.
4) What makes a book perfect for you?
I need characters that I find redeeming and which I can relate to. A bonus to tip towards perfect is if there is an emotional response triggered. Otherwise, I find life is too short. I don’t feel like ‘Challenging reading’ is something I really want in my life. I am looking to be intrigued yes, but first and foremost I want to be entertained.
5) If you could buy any book right now, which one would it be?
I really need to finish one of the four I am working on but I have been eyeballing Kitchen Confidential by Anthony Bourdain for a while. It is not available on Kindle or I would already have it.

W.I.T.T.N. - NIN

I've become impossible
holding on to when
when everything seemed to matter more
the two of us
all used and beaten up
watching fate as it flows down the path we
have chose

you and me
we're in this together now
none of them can stop us now
we will make it through somehow
you and me
if the world should break in two
until the very end of me
until the very end of you

awake to the sound as they peel apart the skin
they pick and they pull
trying to get their fingers in
well they've got to kill what we've found
well they've got to hate what they fear
well they've got to make it go away
well they've got to make it disappear

the farther I fall I'm beside you
as lost as I get I will find you
the deeper the wound I'm inside you
for ever and ever I'm a part of

you and me
we're in this together now
none of them can stop us now
we will make it through somehow
you and me
if the world should break in two
until the very end of me
until the very end of you

all that we were is gone we have to hold on
when all our hope is gone we have to hold on
all that we were is gone but we can hold on

you and me
we're in this together now
none of them can stop us now
we will make it through somehow
you and me
even after everything
you're the queen and I'm the king
nothing else means anything

dressed to the 5s?

Clothes!

1. What if your favorite piece of clothing and how does it make you feel?
favorite clothes is a four way tie right now, Red Adidas shell toe kicks, red Adidas track jacket, Ecko Joker hoodie, and gray beanie - in each case I feel like my cool factor goes up and my spirits are raised.
2. What was the most expensive article of clothing you ever bought?
My sister got me a black leather jacket that cost around $150 in 1994. I still wear it on colder days. The sugamama is a fan.
3. What is a current fashion trend you think looks horrible?
The casual hipster shit is just boggling to me. The white belt, skinny jeans, with an ironic/clever t-shirt. Played out. Oh, and what is the deal with the 'urban scarf'? That looks cool on some people, not for everyone, so take it off cracker. Yeah, you with the ICP sticker on your car and the cornrows in your hair. Stop it. Please.
4. What decade do you think had the best clothes?
I dig the late 1950s and early 1960s. Basically post Bill Haley and the Comets and pre Mod.
5. If you friends/family could throw away a single piece of your clothing, which do you think it would be and why? I really couldn't tell ya. You see, I have changed my entire wardrobe with the exception of 3-4 t-shirts I never wear in public and one previously mentioned jacket in the last year. I definitively need to step up my game. I have only one shirt with a collar right now. That just won't do.

5 Questions

1. What do you do when you can do no more?
Really depends on the situation. If I can't help then I ask someone what they think needs to be done or what should happen. Example: If I mailed something out twice to you already, we have verified I have the proper address, I cannot use Fed Ex or UPS or some other carrier, it must be US post, it is December 23rd, this is a Christmas gift: What will you have me do?
2. What activity recharges your inner battery?

Listening to Red Hot Chili Peppers, watching football, an hour or two with a video game controller, a good walk.
3. What was the last time you acted selflessly?

This last weekend.
4. What was the last time you were given a gift?

This last weekend.
5. What does a pet give you?

Patience.
